The task was to extract contaminant particles from 48 components and examine their origin and risk potential using SEM-EDX \u2013 results delivered within one week!<\/p><p>We successfully passed the capacity test and delivered the cleanliness tests, including SEM-EDX and optical filter analysis, on time. The photo shows the 48 membranes after we completed the project.
