The Projekthilfe Uganda e.V.. in Büchenau enables sponsorships and thus school education for numerous children in this poor country. The association also implements numerous projects and aid measures locally. Donations are currently being collected for a little boy who needs a life-saving heart operation. We have also contributed with a donation. The fundraising campaign for the child is still ongoing.

This year, Project Aid Uganda has already achieved some successes: for example, the helpers have purchased and installed the necessary equipment for the dental clinic, so that comprehensive dental treatment can soon be guaranteed for the population. Another success is the purchase of several sewing machines for the St. Leonard School, so that the students there can be offered handicraft lessons. The children were incredibly happy, and the arrival of the sewing machines was celebrated with singing and dancing! The construction of a dining hall building for cooking classes and the completion of the hospital building are two of numerous other projects that are currently underway.

We are very impressed by the association's commitment and the relief measures that have already been implemented. We wish them all the best for their many future projects and ideas!
