Historical PSEM on display at the Electron Microscopy Museum Nuremberg

Visualizing the smallest particles using electron microscopy is an analytical method that is essential in many fields, such as industry, medical technology, and materials science. For many years, we have therefore been committed to supporting our customers with our equipment and services.

As early as 1997, our company founder, Bernhard E. Heneka, recognized the importance of this technology and used an automated scanning electron microscope from the American company for particle analysis in technical cleanliness at RJ Lee Instruments. He subsequently founded RJL Micro & Analytic GmbH as the German distributor for these devices.

Funktionsfähig aufgestellt im Elektronenmikroskopie-Museum

We recently donated a historic but still functional PSEM microscope from this era to the Nuremberg Electron Microscopy Museum. The museum showcases the history and applications of electron microscopy through a wide range of exhibits and was recently featured in a Bavarian Broadcasting program. We are delighted that our instrument has found a place in the exhibition and will continue to be used there.

Since our company's inception, we have steadily expanded our range of products and analyses. In addition to ThermoFisher scanning electron microscopes, we also distribute Bruker microtomography instruments. With the MicroQuick particle scanner, we have successfully established our own instrument for particle analysis. We use these instruments in our testing laboratory and perform analyses on behalf of our customers.
